CRUMBS!

CRUMBS! The Ross of Mull Community Café has been delighted to be able to help and support local chef Erica Morgan, who has been single-handedly feeding many local households a hot, cooked lunch each day since lockdown began.  CRUMBS! Treasurer, Janice Hall said “it was the least we could do – the grant of £4,410 from the Mull and Iona Covid-19 Local Resilience Fund means that Erica not only gets some financial support for the time being, but we can also help Erica evolve her service as we move through the Government’s different phases.”.

Targeting those immediately affected by the pandemic, Erica’s efforts have been enjoyed by families with reduced incomes and those shielding or self-isolating.  Food ranges from mince and tatties to curries and paella, kindly delivered by Rob Jones.  If you know of any one or any household who would benefit from her service then please get in touch with Janice Hall (700 677) or Erica Morgan (700 178) to ask for further details.

If you’d like to support this service by making a donation, then please get in touch with Janice Hall for further details.
